Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) reqeuest to block some International Websites into the NTC and ISPs because of its failure to remit the right taxes for Philippine Internet Domain.
The letter sent to the NTC demanded to ISP's to block some social sites like facebook and twitter because of its failure to remit the right tax while operation to the Philippines.
Kim Henares a BIR commissioner estimated the amount its 350 million since 2009 where facebook and twitter transacted to the Philippines to advertise.
